How to get my son off the bottle?, he can drink out of straws and will drink juice and water out of sippy cups but not milk. I want him to transition sooner rather than later😅 I’ve been trying a bunch of different cups.

Same for mine! I reduced her to two bottles a day but I know I need to get rid of it completely soon

he’s obsessed with milk he always wants some 😅

I just started putting the milk in the same cup as the juice and water and at meals she only got cups. We used the Dr browns sippy cups and the munchkin cups with rubber tips to transition her. Then hid all the bottles

Which sippy cups are you using? The cups maybe causing too much effort for the milk to come thru. I found my son liked drinking his milk out of the Nuk 5 oz. learner cups. The spout is made out of soft silicone like the bottles.

just checked with heal family health app and sharing in case it helps,
"It's great that your son can use straws and sippy cups! To help him transition off the bottle, try offering milk in a cup he enjoys, like a fun straw cup or a regular cup, and make it a positive experience by praising him when he drinks from it. You can also gradually reduce the amount of milk offered in the bottle while increasing it in the cup, making the cup the primary source for milk. If he resists, stay patient and consistent; it may take some time. Would you like tips on making the cup more appealing?"
