I’m looking for some advice to help me mentally prepare, I’m very early on into my 3rd pregnancy. Wasn’t being very careful but nonetheless a bit of a surprise. I feel like my hormones are already flying all over the place.
Things are annoying me waaaay more than they usually would and pregnancies are pretty traumatic for me with severe PGP where I was on crutches last time, previous still born trauma, and also now having 2 other kids to run around after, aswell as running a business. My partner wasn’t the most supportive during my last pregnancy, although he promises he will be this time around but as you can imagine, I’m sceptical.
I wanted a big family and what should be a happy time for me i feel is being tarnished by my own negative thoughts about everything, I know this is the pregnancy hormones as I’m usually such a positive person… did anybody else feel this way during their pregnancy and does anyone have any tips to help me prepare for this mentally or to just calm my inner rage right now/balance the crazy hormones?!
I’m even considering therapy, although I’ve never ever felt the need for it, I guess to open up with someone as this time I just don’t feel strong 😪 Thank you
