I did three times, but one was a miscarriage and the other two ectopics. Ultimately, I used IVF to have my son. PCOS didn't stop me from getting pregnant and was not the reason I needed to do IVF.

I’ve gotten pregnant naturally twice. But disclaimer I always had regular periods prior to having my kids. But before having my first I was eating healthy and exercising for almost a year prior to conceiving her. She wasn’t planned but I strongly believe my lifestyle change made a difference

I found WomanCode by Alisa Vitti very helpful. It’s all about honing your hormones for fertility. The author herself has PCOS. This read is something I even recommend to my own clients.

I have pcos and I’ve struggled with irregular periods for a long time and have conceived 4 times naturally . I got pregnant with my first after I made some lifestyle changes . I tend to have longer cycles but was more regular at that time . My second was 8 months pp and was not regular . Third time I was using opks but sadly ended in a chemical and 4th I was using opks as well .

did you just take them regularly like daily? Was your lifestyle changes diet and exercise? Thankyou for sharing ❤️

the opks? Yes when I got pregnant the first time I was exercising , eating a pcos friendly diet , I wasn’t dealing with any stress as Covid was happening at the time and my jobs were shut down. I ended up losing some weight also and was taking supplements.
