My fertility doc (ex Columbia and ex Cornell) said Columbia was the best. I’ve heard good things about all I don’t think you can go wrong in NYC. Columbia, Lenox hill and Cornell have insanely high c section rates so if you want that it could be the play

If you’re high risk Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital is the best. They held me for two days post partum gave us everything we needed for recovery and even a birthday cake. I’m low risk for my second pregnancy and will be using Presbyterian Allen Pavilion.

it was good. During my stay , someone would come once a day with special treats. With my oldest they gave me a whole cake to take home lolll they took really care of my babies

I gave birth at Lenox Hill and they were overall very kind, competent, I felt very well cared for. What I learned through going through that experience and having a doula was that Lenox Hill is a little more old school in their policies than Weil Cornell for example. So depends on what you’re looking for. My OB is Dr Jennifer Butt. I didn’t have a cesarean but I know she performs them.

I have given birth at Lenox Hill twice, and loved the experience!

I had a c section in January and absolutely loved Dr Danielle Levy. I can’t speak highly enough about her and the team that took care of me at Lenox Hill. My little man was also in NICU there for 2 days and I liked that unit and the care he received there as well.

I stayed on the surgical floor where the nursery and NICU is and some of the rooms were a bit dated. You also have to pay if you want a single room but I was there for 4 days and felt it was well worth it.

I did hear they were updating the rooms and converting them all to single occupancy but I don’t know if that’s happened yet.

Another thing - I had a boy and Dr Levy also handled his circumcision. ✂️👌🏻

I give birth at NYP AND I WOULD GIVE IT 10/10
Keep in mind I had a c section and I’m also a black female.. the way the treated me and I hate being in the hospital. I felt like a queen sometimes I want to get pregnant just for that 😂😂😂

All of em are great tbh. Mount Sinai has a lot of patients and depending on the location, they may not take your insurance and the wait for an appointment maybe far out, Lenox Hill and Presbyterian are great too but check to make sure they take your insurance

Mount Sinai was great.

Best is simple Alexandria cohen hospital for women and newborns it’s under NYP/ Weill Cornell depending your insurance might be hard to get in i ended up switching my insurance just to be with them

I gave birth at NYU and i had a great experience but i’ve heard NYP/Cornell is the best in the city .

NYP Weill Cornell, especially if you’re high risk as someone else said! Qualify of care and facilities is top tier and amazing. Very comfortable place to give birth. Food is actually good and I got a Chanel gift (perfume, mascara, lipstick) after I gave birth. Doctors are very educated and truly care and everyone works together to make sure you and your baby are okay, like the coordination of your care is amazing
