Please avoid giving your baby water. I also use mylicon (simethicone) for my baby and it works well. Also, at this time, he may be learning how to fart and poop on command so this is normal.

What are you classifying as constipated?
It's normal for a breast fed baby to go 48 hours with no poop

Start with a warm bath, rub their tummy after and do bicycle legs.

My son absorbs all of the milk he eats and goes often every 2 days not daily
He has lots of wet diapers.
The midwife said this is fine.
If your concerned call your Dr.

I wouldn't start with suppositories or enemas. And absolutely no water! Their little bodies are just developing to start with poop aids is teaching their body not to do it in their own and a world of issue as they grow.

My 7 week old didnt poop for 3 days and only pooped once we started feeding him an extra ounce. After like 4 feedings he finally pooped and jt was explosive

I use gripe water and mylicon drops for gas. My baby was constipated and I used the mommy bliss constipation relief. Worked after one dose.

Probiotic drops by Mary Ruth. They make one safe for under 6mo. It's the precision probiotic. You can find it on Amazon. Both my kids are on probiotics, they are extremely beneficial and crucial for gut and digestive health. They can also help with colic, gas, constipation, reflux, etc. I notice a huge difference in them if they miss even 1 day of their probiotics.

We do probiotic drops for gut health & mylicon every now and then when needed.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
