I used both! The gripe water does wonders for the evening when you want to get a good stretch of sleep. I find it works better when you give after a feed rather than before

I find baby is way more fuzzy and gassy with biogaia

And the gripe water isn't FDA approved? Is that just a herbal product?

this trick works for me. I also do belly massage and cycle her feet to help with gas

I use Ovol for her gas and she looks happier now.
