Lasagna, salad, garlic bread.
Roast & potatoes & carrots in the crockpot.
Roasted chicken with mash/gravy & veg.

I’m in the US so I’m sure our kinds of meals are a little different!

Something in the slow cooker. A joint of meat, stew etc. the you can just make some quick cous cous, potatoes etc

This pasta is super easy to make! I actually use minced beef instead of sausages, it's much quicker. Puy lentils works too, in case it needs to be meat free.

Starter: garlic bread, olives etc
Side: salad, of course, with flaked almonds on top. Balsamic vinegar, as you'll have that on hand already! Some good quality EVOO.
Dessert: Cantuccini/amaretti and coffee/tea or sorbet

"Melt in your mouth" chicken has been a huge hit around here. We also do tacos or burritos a lot
Or just big roasts in the slow cooker or on the smoker
