Makes me not that interested in the job because of how unprofessional it is to keep a candidate waiting that long for the interview 😳 seems like red flag to me but maybe not

I would end the zoom call and call or email the company to see if there was a mixup or if they want to reschedule.

Are you sure you have the correct link? Double check the link as well as your calendar for the scheduled time. If all is correct on your end send an email but also call. I pray this wasn't a scam and you didn't give them any personal info.

I would email when they’re 5 mins late ‘ready when you are’ type message. And then after 15 mins send an email saying that you were waiting in the meeting but unfortunately no one joined, let me know if you’d like to reschedule to a more convenient time.
