I change my baby after every 1 and a half hours and i clean with water and soap instead of wipes and use sudocream but the diaper rash is not going away. It dries up then a new rash develops especially after she poops

Try not using soap, a good amount of sudocrem, change her diaper brand and if you are breast feeding a milk bath might help. Is she eating solids?
Yes she is eating solids

What works best for us is airing it out. After changing, I dry his bum, give him a toy, and let it air out for about 10 minutes. Then I apply Sudocrem, Penaten (the tin one), and Parent’s Choice petroleum jelly. Also, check if your baby might be sensitive to lactose, milk proteins, or acidic foods- they can cause irritation when they poop. Hope that helps!

It could be something in the food, my sons diaper rash would get bad with Brussel sprouts, I never wiped him just washed and he never got diaper rash until he ate brussel sprouts. It could be one of the foods

(P.s. I was in the same situation a while back and changing was so hard, when I heard the “air it out” advice I thought it was ridiculous and was worried he’d pee everywhere. But trust me, it seriously works.)

Don’t use soap

I hope your baby doesn't have a rash anymore but fyi sudocream DOESN'T HEAL. It only creates a barrier. Use bepanthen baby.
