When did you start regularly dressing your little one in actual outfits?

I swear 90% of the time our kiddo stays in sleepers, I've only dressed him in real outfits a handful of times (he's only 8 weeks). I don't really want to buy actual clothes until I think he's going to actually wear them more than once... When did you start dressing your baby in outfits more regularly?

Before my daughter was born to now I buy second hand clothes from Once Upon a Child. She only wore onesies from birth to around 6 months until she could sit up on her own. After 6 months I started putting her in shirts and pants because it was easier to dress her. I have never bought her brand new clothes because they get dirty so fast and they grow so fast too. I'd rather save the money to buy her books and toys.
