How would you pronounce the name Kali?
I've liked this name and plan on naming my next kid this if its a girl, but was thinking of modifying spelling depending on if people would pronounce it differently than I had in mind hahaha so lemme know

My daughter’s name is Kali. We are bilingual (Spanish/english) and noticed non-Spanish speakers pronounce her name as Kah-Lee which is a little different when saying the name in Spanish. It doesn’t bother us though, we love her name!
My name is Cali with a C and it’s pronounced like when people are saying the abréviation for California. Throughout my life I’ve been surprised at how many people pronounce it Kayleigh when reading it (like doctors office, etc.)

This is so interesting because I always think Kay-lee.. so this just confirms that I'll have to modify the spelling so ppl say kay-lee lol

Kaylee, Kayley, Kayleigh, Kaley would all be spellings for how you want it pronounced. Even Kayli I think would work!
