Monjourno ladies, when did you first get side effects if any?

I only really had side effects the first week I was on it. I now only get nauseous if I eat to much.

Oh it 100% did that for me immediately. I thought you were asking about bad side effects 😂😂😂. I have zero food noise anymore. I’m not hungry all the time. Get full faster but do suffer for it if I don’t stop when I know I should. I’ve lost 31 lbs in 12 weeks.
