Hi 👋 I was diagnosed when I was 27. Hope you are doing okay and taking it easy

Hi there, any chance you’d be happy to share the process and how you went about it. I’m hoping to start the process next year. Wondering whether there’s any point going via nhs route.

Didn’t even think about it being beneficial for our children but that’s a great point. We’re in the process of getting my eldest seen and assessed as well.

Oh wow ok thank you ever so much! I’ll definitely look into it. It will be a sigh of relief the day I manage to get a diagnosis.

Must be such mixed emotions….i think definitely the telling people part will be hard….i know it’ll be hard to tell any of my Chinese family as they don’t really understand things like autism and adhd. But does it feel somewhat relieving to know why you’ve been different all this time? I’m hoping that it will give me some sort of closure for some of me.
