Are you breastfeeding? The milk will have antibodies in to protect them if so.
Saline spray for the nose if congested. Humidifier can help too

Get yourself an electric snot sucker. Saline spray. Tylenol depending on weight.
Otherwise just keep them hydrated and lots of snuggles.

My 7 week old is the same 😭 I got some of the Calpol Saline Nasal Spray today, but I’m not sure how much it’s helping 🫠 might be in for a long night tonight…
