Peppa Pig

My daughter watches it occasionally and doesn’t really have any sort of reaction if it’s turned off.
I think people moan about it all the time but I think it really depends on how often she watches x

I don't let her watch it cos I don't like it or what it teaches her. Peppa is so rude.

She does watch it at her grandparents.

If she has such a meltdown I'd personally swap to other options.

My son loves peppa. I noticed that if I turn it off once the episode is over it's easier for him to accept than right in the middle. I'll fast forward the episode to how many mins I want to be left for him to watch.
I don't find peppa to be overstimulating at all. Compared to Peppa, Ms. Rachel seems obnoxious to me 😅 we don't watch her at all.

We didn't watch it as my husband objected to it. However, there was another show my son loved that used to lead to poor behaviour. Unfortunately, there was a storm and it now no longer works on our television...

It's banned for my step son (he's 4). Because Peppa is a little brat. We just say we eat her instead tbh 😂

We do get MELTDOWNS when turning a lot of the high stimulation shows off.

We prefer Bluey.. the sleepy time episode is my absolute favourite.

Peppa is banned in our household and anywhere else she goes as I don’t wish for my daughter to watch a rude and bratty cartoon. We prefer to watch Moana, Wiggles, Disney movies, Bluey is a big hit and also Super Simple Songs.

We are another anti peppa house 🫣 we do notice the same behaviour though with his tablet, he gets very angry when it’s time to put it away, so that is only brought out now and again ! 😅

My son doesn't watch Peppa pig because I don't want him learning bad behavior however he does get upset when his tablet time is over, which is 10 minutes a day.

My partner allowed our LO watch it and the behaviour is awful

I’ve seen episodes of Peppa Pig before being a mom and never thought anything of it but now being a mom I realize peppa is pretty rude so I have never introduced it to my mom. When she does have screen time we will watch Ms. Rachel, trash truck on Netflix and now Netflix just added Llama Llama which she loves the llama llama books so she was familiar with it.

In Llama llama, the llama is so respectful to his mom and his friends. My daughter gets so happy when she sees it and when I shut it off she doesn’t mind it either

I hate Peppa so it’s banned but they do watch other things.
They’re both tv addicts and if they watch too much they turn feral (especially my eldest).
They’re only allowed to watch a little tv at the weekends, and when it’s being turned off I have to give them lots of warnings and I’ll turn off as soon as the episode finishes (never during unless I want a fight 😂)

My girls used to do this with cocomelon and I made the decision to stop them watching it completely. And now any shows that make them go crazy over in a bad way I ban them!

haha definitely like crack. The lights the bright colours the non stop songs omg it was just tooo much!

Peppa is banned in our house because she’s not well behaved. I love Bluey and we watch a lot of Disney films but any tantrums and the tv goes off and doesn’t go back on until they’ve calmed down
