i had that with my first pregnancy! the stupidest thing ever. i just carried around tissues to spit in when i had a chance but luckily it was covid lockdown so i could be gross in my own home. I also found brushing my teeth with really cold water frequently helped.

also lol I just looked at your bio and i am also born in California, lived in Ohio, and now in salt lake county 😅
