PILES/ hemmoroids
So at about 30 weeks pregnant I got quite painful external piles. They’ve now gone down and not painful at all, but still haven’t gone, I’m anxious to give birth with them as I’d be so embarrassed as stupid as that may sounds, I’ve got anusol cream but unsure it that’ll make them go or if that’s more for the pain side of them, I’m now 40weeks and 5 days pregnant.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately they'll generally go by themselves but after you've given birth, that my experience anyway. I had some appear around the same time as you and now 12 weeks PP they've pretty much gone. It's just one of those wonderful perks of pregnancy due to all the pressure from baby 😅 midwives have seen it all, I was embarrassed beforehand but honestly, once you are in labour you literally don't care, you just want to get through it in one piece and meet your baby at the end! Sorry it's not advice on how to get rid of them 🫣 Try not to get in your head about it ❤️

Least they aren't really painful for you anymore!! I ended up getting induced so with all the exams I had, I think the whole maternity team saw mine 😅 But at 2 weeks overdue I didn't care, I just wanted baby here and I completely forgot about them in labour!! Make sure you've got stool softener in your hospital bag so you can take straight away, PP constipation is real and the last thing you need is more pressure with piles already! X
Mine didn't go unfortunately. I had to get them removed
