It took you 9 months to gain all that weight....why would you expect to lose it in less than that. In my first pregnancy, it took me 9 months to get to my pre pregnancy weight, but it lasted weeks. I packed some pounds again right after because I was breastfeeding less at that point.
No advice, just saying it is normal and do not kick yourself. Keep eating healthy and exercising.

Don’t even worry about weight until 1 year PP!!!! Just chill

I have to do a soft ketogenic diet. Plus more fats/protein. No processed sugar, no bread. No sweets. Pretty much heavy on vegetables and protein and fruits like blue berries, green apples only, strawberries..
