Skin rash
Once we started solids, my baby developed this rash around his mouth. At first it was mild, but it’s been getting progressively worse with him teething and drooling. I tried applying rash cream, but he either licks it off or rubs it away. Is this something that usually happens? Should I take him to his pediatrician? Could he be in pain? ☹️

I might be mistaken but I think typically food rashes go away once that food has been processed out of their body. My assumption would be that it's a rash from drooling.
If it's buggin you or him I'd check with your pediatrician office! Typically a nurse can walk you through deciding if you need to come in over the phone!
I use aquafor on mine at night to help with drool rash since he also just rubs it off during the day
