Baby ingesting soap while taking bath/shower

I coshower with my 5 month old and she randomly started fussing and I tried to de escalate the situation by quickly getting out while we were both soapy. I have no idea what happened, it could have been some soap that went into her nostrils or a bit of soap water in her eyes while I was lathering myself up with soap. She puked a bit after but she doesn’t have a fever and seems okay besides a bit of congestion. Also we use Castile soap. Should I be worried?
