Ovulation physical signs
What do you find are your physical signs of ovulation as I’m currently trying to track this? Currently having discharge that feels wet on my underwear-not sure if this is good or bad. Some cramps, sore boobs, sore back-any of these seem like good signs? lol

Egg white cervical mucus is the biggest clue to ovulation being on the way. If you pop a finger inside, if you're comfortable doing so, and when you pull it out the mucuc should stretch between your fingers quite far, up to 5cm. It will look like egg whites. You can also check your cervix while inside. If it's high, soft, and open (will feel like a small squishy ring doughnut rather than a small hard ball with a dimple) then ovulation is imminent.
An internal check is the easiest way to get fertile signs. Xxx
