I was wondering if anybody had experience this same thing as me, but my son just keeps throwing up lactate milk. I don’t know if this is completely normal but it’s every time.

My son did this with my breastmilk. Turned out to be a dairy allergy and reflux. You can try eliminating dairy and soy from your diet and see if it helps. We ended up switching to a hypoallergenic formula which made a huge difference. Def chat with the pediatrician though.

eat dairy like cheese anything that has milk in it

Literally anything with milk in it. Even like baked goods that have dairy in them. You have to fully cut it out to see if it makes a difference. Takes a couple of weeks for the baby’s system to notice the effects if they do have a dairy issue.
For me, I chose the formula route for a few reasons. My son never latched, so I was 100% pumping which was miserable. I also had gestational diabetes so I had gotten used to that diet which was very dairy heavy and low carb and I would have had to completely change my eating again. Just felt like too much sacrifice for me, especially when he started thriving on the hypoallergenic formula (nutramigen). That’s just me though - if you are adamant about breastfeeding then you may want to try removing dairy from your diet. Whatever works for you.
