Fainting

My 4 year son was outside at daycare. He was walking and then he just randomly fainted. We took him to the hospital . Very high fever and all his vitals were really high. He has a concussion. They said possible febrile seizure. He has had them before . But only when hes sick. He's not sick. No idea what caused the fever. Should I call his primary today.

I would definitely call. My son has the silent seizures, I guess is one of the names for them. His doctor then got us a referral for a neurologist and he now goes to them every few months and has had testing done to see if he needed to be put on medication or not. Since the type he has isn’t that bad and it doesn’t happen but maybe once every 2 ish months he isn’t taking anything yet but if they start happening more they will put him on something for them.
