Hi everyone,
Has anyone being able to get pregnant naturally after a successful IVF pregnancy with MFI? We are thinking in trying naturally as it supposed to get easier to get pregnant naturally after having a baby, so I was wondering if there is any positive stories out there? X

I’m interested to know how it’d be easier with mfi? I understand pregnancy changes a women’s body but it doesn’t do anything to a man’s so not sure how it’d change anything?
We’re ttc our second have been since April so weve gone through all the tests again and they’ve all come back practically the same as pre pregnancy (3 years ago) and we’ve been told ivf to be our only option (just like last time)

oh I see what you mean. We’ve had this conversation recently with our doctor as they’re considered ‘improved’ because what they thought wasn’t necessarily possible is possible because it only takes one good sperm and a positive pregnancy proves that there is that 1 good sperm somewhere .
We was told we had basically no chance of pregnancy back in 2022 after 18 months of trying because of my husbands sperm count was very low and very poor but they couldn’t offer ivf because of my age and we’d have to go private , the same day we had a call to discuss this after raising funds I got a positive pregnancy test (without ivf) so it’s definitely possible just takes time . We’ve been told again recently after my scans/blood tests and husbands semen analysis that everything’s come back the same as it did in 2022 so we now have to decided between wait and hope or paying for ivf but as my doctor says literally every time I speak to him ‘it only takes one good sperm’

fingers crossed for you! My husband’s massively changed his lifestyle over the past 2 years and has been taking the recommended supplements but unfortunately it’s done absolutely nothing for him and he’s got a 3.4mil/ml sperm count but of an awful quality we’ve been told post pregnancy we have about a 5% chance of pregnancy within a year 🤦🏼♀️ better than the 1% we had pre pregnancy though !
