Eczema- whats the reason?

Hello mamas
I have heard so many reason of eczema I don't know whom to believe
People saya it's because of weather, allergies, formula or gut health
If its due to weather i can go backhome 😔 for while
If its food i will skip dairy
If its gut health I don't know how to cure it

My son had eczema after a month he is born and he is 17m now . We still trying to figure out the cause but what I can say is he was proper bad eczema here in uk the moment we went Greece for a month he got within a few days better and nothing so fare the moment we came back the first day they started
