Are any of you using the Squeezy app? I’m 20 weeks, and have only really started using it daily in my second trimester. How do you know you’re doing it right?! I feel like I tense all my surrounding muscles as well as my pelvic floor 🫣
Also, shout out to anyone really suffering from extreme bloating. I thought I’d be nourishing my baby with 10 colourful fruits and veg a day and litres of water, but I can barely stomach anything without feeling so uncomfortable and unwell. Anyone else?!

No problem, anymore issues - on your sqeezy app do the quesionaire again and request a call back to get someone to contact you.
They'll call via teams and do a full break down of what to do and if you have anymore issues (constipation, diarrhea etc...) anything to do with pelvic health
