tin says to use cooled boiled water (room temp) but NHS advises to ALWAYS use 70> degree water.. surely room temp water doesn’t kill the bacteria?
also who has time to sit & wait for the kettle to cool to room temp with a screaming hungry baby🤣🥲

Follow the instructions on the tin for this formula, the boiling water kills the good bacteria in it.
If you boil the kettle in the morning you can pre measure the water in your bottles then. It’ll be good to use all day xx

Nutramigen is different to other formulas 😊 it has a different bacteria in it and doesn’t need the boiling hot water, a lot of the other allergy formulas are the same too. Rapid cool for the water saved us when our little one tried this formula! x

Always follow the tin. Nutramigen is an American formula so has different regulations and treatment before packaging
I prefill my bottles with water in the morning. Use the rapid cool on the first and the rest are room temp by the we need them. I do add an ounce of boiling to the precooked though so it’s slightly warmer as my boys won’t drink it cold

I always used 70 degree water

We filled all our bottles in the morning after the kettle boiled, left them to cool down and used throughout the day, just added the formula and that’s it! The water is fine for up to 24 hours as well x
