Unwell toddler

How do i help my little one with congestion especially during the night? She has congestion, chesty cough, sounds like a lot of mucus too when shes coughing. Ive used saline nasal spray, snuffbabe vapour rub on her neck, chest and foot. She also woke up vomiting which i can only assume is due to congestion and extra mucus. Its so distressing seeing her like this. ☹️

Have you tried the calpol plug ins? They release vapour that is meant to ease congestion?

If she is older you can raise her mattress the stop the congestion pressure on her chest, pop something under the head of the mattress. Steam helps too. Turn shower on hot before bed and stand in the steam for a while x
