Bottle to cup for milk!

My 10 month old now has formula, 7 oz 3 times a day but is still having it in a MAM bottle.
He has water in a Tommee Tipee cup with handles and a little straw but how do I transition from bottles to cup for milk?
Can someone give me some advice on the best cup to use please and how to go about it?
