I’m a slim and healthy size 6 person, usually can whip around fast and such a fast walker, but I’m 27 weeks and already notice I’m walking a bit slower behind my boyfriend and bump just makes me not feel AS physically capable as I’d hoped I’d be at only 27 weeks.
Is this normal? Just worried about how I’ll feel at like 32 weeks let alone if I get to 40 🙈

Yeah I’m experiencing the same! I’m normally a size 8, I’m just over 28 weeks and I’m struggling to join the partner on our dog walk, especially if they’re uphill 😭

I'm a petite 10 and have noticed the same, but don't forget we are carrying an extra person, we have more blood in our system, our body is doing overtime. I read somewhere that it's like our body is running a marathon everyday growing a baby! Go easy on yourself. You'll be back to your energetic self in no time 😊

I am size 8 and and have noticed the same. Even doing day to day works at home making me feel so tired. Usually if I go out with my Husband we walk alot. Now I cannot do anymore things like that.

You're growing another person,of course it's normal lol. Pregnancy is tough. You've 2 circulation systems going

Same here, I’ve been fairly fit up until pregnancy - now I can barely walk round the house without getting breathless or tired and can’t do my usual walks, it’s frustrating but trying to take every pregnancy symptom in my stride 😅

With my first I had just lost 10kg and starting to tone up (was sitting at a comfortable 12 but started to drop to a 10 before I was pregnant with her). I had always been a fast walker too and would hike to work every shift (3 mile hike across farm lands). By 27 weeks I couldn't keep up with my partner and felt out of breath just doing the house work. Its totally normal. I can say you will return to fast walking when baby is here but it will take some time to build up to the save level of fitness pp. Now im pregnant with baby no. 2 with a toddler and have felt so sluggish since around 20 weeks

Just do what you can. Pregnancy yoga is always a good and safe bet and will help with labour too. If you can't do it then dont worry. You'll get the energy back when baby is here
