Reflux babies
Hey everyone! My little guy is about to be 4 months (omg I swear just yesterday he was my little 5lb baby) he has reflux and we have him elevated for 30 mins after his feeds. Lately it seems like on top of the teething he’s bored and will just scream at me for the whole 30mins no matter what. I’ve tried talking to him which usually helps, I’ve tried putting a show on. I’m not sure what else to do he just gets bored and wants to roll around on the floor right after he eats but if I do that he’ll spit up his whole feed. Anyone have any tricks or even something I can buy to keep him entertained for 30 mins until he can be free lol.

It’s not what your pediatrician will recommend but an activity center was a game changer for my little girl she would be so bored but my girl likes crinkly books and rattling toys
Crinkly books, hand and feet rattles; anything that makes noise or lights up.
go down to your local dollar store and buy a balloon. $1 and it’s majorly entertaining. We tied it to one of those wrist rattles. she loves shaking it from a bouncer and watching the balloon move
