Almost 10 months baby and every night she wakes up around 2-3am and asks for boob and then she is on and off on boob until 7am in the morning. If I turn around or she lose boob she starts whining, so I am basically up all night and I am tired. I have a feeling she feeds more during the night. What can I do? Anyone else in the same situation?

How much is she eating during the day?

Could it be teething? My son is the same way when he’s cutting teeth, he wants to nurse and stay close all night long. I know how hard it is but if it’s a tooth, hang in there. Once it pops through, things should go back to normal!

It could just be a security thing and that’s what makes her comfortable. When they are in a learning curve like .. learning a new activity or milestone they tend to wake more and their sleeping patterns change. My daughter wakes around the same time wanting a bottle.. and then is up several times just wanting me to come to her and tuck her back in. I think it’s just a security thing and they will get past it. Take comfort in knowing youre what she wants. You make her feel safe. Youre what makes her feel better. She may not actually be nursing the entire time either. Does she take a binki? I found with mine when she has her bottle around 2 the other times she waking is just to be tucked in and given her pacifier. Right back to sleep she goes.
