Tog sleepsuit

Hey! My 3 month old has never really used sleeping bags as it’s always been too warm in the bedroom.
I’ve started using them as it’s getting colder but he really kicks off when I put it on him.
I’ve seen weighted sleep suits online and wondered if people think they are good? Do you put a normal sleepsuit under neath or just a vest?
Thankyou!

I believe they advice against weighted ones.
If he really hates the sleeping bags, you could try the sleepsuits. They have the same tog as sleeping bags but fit them like a sleepsuit (if that makes sense)

I’m using the 2.5 tog sleepsuits atm from Sainsbury’s and they’re great! I just put my baby in a vest and the sleepsuit and she’s fine temperature wise all night, I will and do adjust layers if it gets colder or warmer throughout the night but I love them better than a blanket as she just kicks it off 😅

I am due my baby at the end of the month, my tommee tippee room thermometer says the room is warm, orange light therefore baby needs just a 1 tote bag with a vest and bodysuit, is this correct ? First time mum sorry !!

When you say weighted sleep suits do you mean actual weighted ones (which aren't safe) or the togged ones?
