Showers
Are there any other moms that hate taking showers. After I had my son who is now almost 2 I hate taking showers. Don’t get me wrong I still take showers but I just find it so hard to get myself to do it. I will go a full week without taking a shower cause I just don’t want to or I’m just to busy and then when I get the chance to take one I’m exhausted or just scared to take a shower. I don’t know why. Can any mama explain what could possibly be wrong with me.

I love taking showers...once I'm in the shower 😂 I had a hard time getting one in every 5ish days, because of the business/exhaustion you speak of. I've definitely gone at least a week or longer before! Sometimes, I would procrastinate it because I wanted to do something enjoyable with my evening, and showering feels more like something I "have" to do, if that makes sense.

It sounds like you need some help from your husband. I have a shower every other day in the morning while he watches the kids. Couldn’t do it at night as I would be too tired too. Maybe you can try the same?
I definitely agree that your husband should help out especially if you want to take a nice shower to decompress from your day or to start your morning. But when I’m in a jam and I need to take a shower, I just take a shower with my two year-old he absolutely loves it. He thinks it’s a waterpark so I just do that instead.
