Yes my baby did get fever when teething
Mine hasn't had a fever when teething, she does get hot cheeks but no fever that registers when taking her temperature.
We more have an issue that her poo seems to give her an instant bum rash when she's teething
My LB didn’t get a fever per say but did become very hot to touch!
