Temperature
I’m a first time mum so I don’t know if I’m worrying too much, my little one has been up all night with a fever, I’ve given Calpol again this morning as it was still 38.4. He’s very upset, just wants to be latched and sleeping but when he wakes he’s screaming.
He is feeding still and having wet nappies. At what point should I take him to see someone? It’s a Saturday so it would be the walk-in clinic but worried about taking him there with all the germs around.. feeling a bit stressed!!

How long has he had a temp for? I think if he's still feeding and wet nappies, it's normal for poorly babies to want to sleep more and want extra cuddles. Keep giving the recommended calpol to bring the temp down, does babies temp eventually come down?
Ibuprofen is more effective at lowering temperature if you find the calpol isn’t helping much!
