Recently I have come across about vaccines leads to autism. Is that true ?? Or we should trust on vaccines. MMR is safe ? I don’t know weather it’s just rumors

Asking this question here is going to get you very polarized answers that come from people who feel passionately on both sides of the spectrum. I think the best thing to do is to do your research and then make informed decisions that align with what feels right for you and your child. You can also ask pharmacys and/or doctors for the written inserts that come inside the vaccine vials. They will share any of them with you, including MMR. A doctor was paid a lot of money to falsify research that ties vaccines to autism. It is not true and he was charged as a result.
There is zero link to autism.
Vaccines are safe and effective at preventing life threatening illnesses. They are the best public health measure ever created.
If you are feeling vaccine hesitant please speak to your physician about the pros and cons of vaccines.

There was a ‘study’ done in the 90s on a very small sample of children which suggested a possible link. The study wasn’t peer reviewed, just published and has since been debunked. Research of hundreds of thousands of children has disproven his theory and he lost his license following the publication. Vaccinations do not cause autism, it’s genetic. However if you have concerns speak to your doctor. You can also pay privately to have the vaccines given as separate vaccinations rather than the 3 in 1 if that makes you more comfortable, however it is always worth remembering that these vaccines were created for diseases that kill children and when vaccination rates are high many of these diseases are almost nonexistent in the population but cases are currently rising again as vaccination uptake drops
