Sleep regression/nap transition

My LO who is 13 months old today for the past 2 weeks his wake ups have been all over the place.
Up to now he’s been a 7:30/7:45pm to 6/6:30am sleeper on 2 naps. But now he’s waking up for the day between 4:45-5:30am 🙈 it’s also been much more difficult getting him down for his second nap.
I think it means that he needs to go down to 1 nap, but he doesn’t last nearly long enough in the morning to be able to do 1 nap in the middle of the day.
Do you have any advice on how to transition?
I’ve read some people do a power nap in the morning and then a longer nap over lunchtime. But how long is the power nap? And how long after the power nap do you put them for the longer nap?
Did you see a change in overnight sleep?

Hello darling! My LO is turning 13 months on the 27th and we’re going through the same thing. What I have found works for me is a long morning nap then a power nap of 30-40 minutes after lunch. I also have to be much more stern with my LO for that afternoon nap and bedtime because she just wants to stay up and play.

They say when they go through a regression they're learning a new skill.....my baby's new skill was a tooth and being able to turn around without falling down after a 2 week regression🤦🏾‍♀️ but she gets up at 8a, 11-11:45ish power nap and actual nap from 2-4p.
