Labial frenulum/lip tie tear
Has anyone's baby tore their labial frenulum ? If so how long did it take for the bleeding to stop ? How was the recovery process?

My nieces just had to have surgery for their lip and tongue tie doing this I’d maybe seek out the pediatricians advice but when this first started happening to my niece it was pretty irritated for a week maybe week and half
I had a kid in class that fell and busted his it bled pretty heavily for about an hour, and then off and on the rest of the day
Our dentist said that tearing a lip tie is an incredibly common injury in kids. Our son has a lip tie and will probably fall and hurt it at some point. He said just help apply pressure to stop the bleeding and it’ll be fine.
