Hcg beta results and pregnancy test line eyes

HCG levels..

So I got my BFP last Tuesday. Assuming I was 4-5 weeks. Friday HCG was 3,466, following Monday they were 4,059 and 48 hrs. later they were 4,549. A slow rise and a little concerned. Yolk sac confirmed on ultrasound, but we haven’t seen a baby yet. Dr. is saying he thinks I’m just too early. I think I ovulated around sept 4-8ish. I’m really confused. Crampy, tender boobs and a little nausea. Anyone had similar?
