Chicken pox or hfm?
Little context: started with a few spots on back of legs on Monday afternoon. High temp of 38.5 on Monday night. More and more spots came out over yesterday and today but none on his back or belly! Didn’t have any on his hands and feet until this evening and he only has a one or two spots. They’re all round his mouth too.
I asked a pharmacist, he didn’t know🤣

Definitely hfm my sons was the exact same! The trick is where it starts: face and torso= chicken pox, limbs and mouth = hfm, it left some nasty marks on his arms and legs but cleared up after a few weeks! Watch out for ulcers on the tongue too it’s rough!
Obviously not a medical professional but I’d say HFM. x
