Daycare or Nanny

Hi everyone! Has anyone else signed up for what feels like every single daycare and hasn’t heard back? Just curious, if you were able to get your baby into a daycare and if so, any tips? Or if you found a nanny, did you go through an agency or were you able to find someone on your own? Would appreciate any advice. Thank you 😊

Hi, I have a 3 year old. Went on lists at daycares when he was first born ( some while I was still pregnant). I finally got into a few recently. I didn't take the spots though since it is way too late now and we have other arrangements. I ended up going with a home daycare. I found a few available spots at home ones and went to check them out and ended up at one that we love
