Look up teething gels for baby under 6months old. I use Dr Talbots day and night gel it’s free of alcohol, dyes, benzocaine free, belladonna free. I put a little bit on my finger and rub it on his gums it seems to help

Yeah my baby was crying and really fussy while I took his temperature it ran 99.9 I took it an hour later it was 97.9 . So they can work themselves and cause a high read or just maybe being warm from being held or clothes. Best of luck , I’m going through it as well , my baby’s usually so happy but lately it’s been hard he’s definitely teething and because of that he’s crying and nursing all the time feels like. But yea Dr Talbots is good I just put it on my pinky in like a hook shape and let him bite it 😫lol
