Piles 🙄
Oh girls, I’ve had two other kids and was absolutely fine, this is my third and the piles are the most uncomfortable painful thing, using the cream but seem to have no relief at all - any remedies anybody has found that have really helped/worked,
It’s only really been the last couple weeks I’ve noticed, but I’m 37 + 4 and it’s really getting me down, I feel like I’ve had a horrific pregnancy and now towards the end I’m getting so fed up 😭 xx

Have you tried a suppository also?
Not sure if you'll need to wait until after having the baby but my doctor said the best remedy is making sure you have zero constipation and prescribed movicol (or a version of it) to take everyday

You should be able to get Sheripcrot from the Dr's, but I would say I got them from 38 weeks and they didn't go. Im now 7 weeks pp and mostly gone now. Defo get the cream and suppositories for after birth too if you're going for vaginal and pushing
I got postpartum haemorrhoids as a result of labour that were stage 3 and eventually had to be surgically removed, fully recommend keeping your gp in the loop just in case, it might be something else that’s causing your pain like a fissure along side the piles . Recommend the suppositories that the dr prescribes that get stored in the fridge, they make a big difference xx
They really are the worst🤣 have you got a bath you can sit in? I always found warm water really helped. I didn’t have a bath so just sat in a footspa constantly. Maybe even try a heat pad or warm flannel xx
