What do I do to help my smell. My hormones are still all over and I had a baby 10 months ago. I’ve tried all the deodorants and nothing works. I am going to the doctor to get checked for a few things, but I need help. Someone mentioned glycolic acid. Has anyone used this or have any suggestions.

I dealt with this for a while too. If you’re nursing it’s super common. But I use the ordinary glycolic toner at night on clean armpits and use an aerosol deodorant before I go to bed and I use it again when I wake up. I also noticed that when I wear anything but cotton or linen now it makes me smelly. You can also get a chlorophyll supplement it helps really well too

So, a few times a week, use a benzoyl peroxide wash in your underarms. This will kill the bacteria that causes odor. The acne face wash PanOxyl works perfect. Yes you can also use a glycolic acid toner a few times a week as well. Follow by a clinical strength antiperspirant deodorant. If you're on the go and need to refresh, you need something to kill that bacteria that's making you smell again - I make an antimicrobial spray that's 2 parts water, and 1 part rubbing alcohol. I'll usually add some essential oils to it as well. Spray this on your pits & then reapply deodorant to refresh. 😊

Carpe deodorant works wonders. I wiped underarms with alcohol, had the chlorophyll supplement, used glycolic acid and did the acne wash. All were very temporary except changing to carpe deodorant, I used lume before the switch. My mom noticed almost immediately after I changed deodorants.

I highly recommend you the ALUM STONE. It is a stone lol.
I was using different types of deodorants too and they would last me too long (few hrs only), when they are suppose to last the whole day.
I was in Peru during the summer and I heard about this stone… best purchase ever. Now, I go days without using it and I don’t smell at all.
It is 100% natural and it actually works.
