Could this be a reaction to a food intolerance, keratosis pilaris… something else ? ? ?

For a long time my sons had this very bumpy texture on his arms mostly his upper arms, but slowly I’ve noticed it’s coming on his forearms and today noticed it’s also on his body but like down the sides - they aren’t itchy or causing him any issues but it seems to be spreading more but over a long period of time… anyone seen something like this ?

My son has that but he has eczema

Yes it would for my son most of the time it's doesn't bother him but sometimes it does and causes scratching

Keratosis Pilaris root causes and/or:
-genetic predisposition to gluten intolerance
-deficiencies in fat soluble vitamins A D E K
-leaky gut creating these deficiencies due to toxins like glyphosate or infections
-bile and lipid function impaired

My husband had it in college. Ate a lot of processed food and junk. Better now!
