Forest Hill Antenatal classes

Hi there! 👋

First time mum in Forest Hill and would love your help. I’m trying to decide which antenatal class to join, either ‘Bump and Baby’ and ‘Happy Parents, Happy Baby’. Has anyone been to either, if so would you recommend?

I'm based in Peckham but we did Bump and Baby and thought it was really good. My midwife said she rated B&B over others like NCT. I can't speak to Happy Parents Happy Baby as I've not heard of it, but can recommend B&B. They have a class on baby first aid and also have a virtual hypno birthing course as part of it which I thought was a good selling point x

Hi, I'm based in Forest Hill and did HPHB which I can highly recommend! First Aid and Hypno birthing was included too. It's also owned and run by a couple who are both paediatricians so their knowledge is invaluable! Congratulations :)
