Broncholitis

We're currently at the back end of this with our little boy - It's been too awful. We've found that using the baby sterimar nasal spray and then sucker at least 2/3 times per wake window, using the calpol Vapour Plug while sleeping (bed time and naps) and rubbing baby vicks Vapour rub on his chest after bath time has really helped. Along with extra feeds when possible (he was drinking substantially less at the start of it). I hope she feels better soon xx

Also, try prop her head up a little during sleeps (we've put a blanket under his mattress - not in the cot) which seems to be helping. We also limited tummy time and play time on his back as we found that would make it worse

You're so welcome - I hope it helps. He's been unwell for about a week and is now on the mend. The congestion seems to be lingering though so hoping it goes away soon x
