Itchy nipples 🥲

I’m 14+2, my nipples have been so itchy the last couple days! I used to suffer with it when I was in my teens (I have hormonal eczema flare ups), but never been this bad or this constant. I’ve tried all sorts to soothe it, from putting ice on them to a hot water bottle directly ontop of them. Is anybody else struggling with this ?! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve had slightly itchy nipples but my main thing is shooting lightening like paint running through my boobs into my nipples.. it’s usually one boob for a few days then the other it’s really random but it’s the only breast soreness I’ve had this whole pregnancy,.. my boobs are starting to grow now so I’m guessing this is why!
I’m 15 weeks tomorrow x
