Sleeping bag discussion

I also get worried if he is cold but I keep checking his hands and neck and if warm I leave it. I use the same a sleeping bag 2.5 with a sleep suit. There is a table for which temperature and what clothes so once you check your room temperature keeping in mind which temperature it might drop to in the night and you choose the clothes.

Our room usually sits at about 19 degrees atm but fluctuates. Our wee one has been sleeping in a vest, sleepsuit and 2.5 tog bag. I always check the back of his neck throughout the night though incase he gets too hot x

15 to 18 degrees - long sleeve vest, long sleeve sleep suit and 2.5 tog armless sleep sack. She wakes me up for a feed every 3ish hours and has a long co-sleep. Not sure if that's to do with temp or her 4 month sleep regression.
